Are you thriving, or just surviving?

Are you just ‘surviving’, or are you ‘thriving’ online? (Shout-out to the legend Ed Stafford who taught me that mindset!)

I loved being a guest on Vickie Saunders‘s soon to be launched The Sponsorship Consultants athlete sponsorship podcast… Afterwards I jumped on camera to expand on some solutions to a common social media issue that most athletes (and anyone really) could learn from.

PS: I thought I was over my cold at that stage, but hearing this back… I guess not!
